This is the opposite — it looks better in person. The fabric is lightweight and breathable without being see-through, and it doesn't wrinkle into a mess the second you sit down, which is rare. The halter ties are adjustable so you can actually get the fit right up top. I've worn it three times in two weeks now: brunch, a baby shower, and just running errands because it's that comfortable.

It came in the mail and I tried it on once and immediately knew it was going into permanent rotation. The fit is so flattering — the bodice is fitted enough to feel put-together but the skirt is flowy and comfortable, so I can actually eat, sit, move, dance, whatever. The fabric is soft and breathable and the cream color goes with everything; I've dressed it up with heels for dinner and down with sandals for the farmers market. I keep reaching for it over everything else in my closet. Genuinely my new favorite dress and I almost never say that. Buying a second before they sell out.
